3/4" Harvester Chain
3/4" Harvester chain requires the machine to be operated in Magnet or Off mode. Reverse the cutter sensor as shown below.
When fitting 3/4" Harvester chain it is necessary to remove the magnets from inside the chain guide. These magnets will cause excessive drag on the chain and therefore inaccurate cutter placement.
To remove the magnets:
1. Remove the chain guide by loosening and removing the chain clamp screw.
2. Remove the magnets as shown below.
3. Ensure that 3 washers are fitted between the guide plates.
4. Fit correct number of washers to chain guide clamp.
5. Replace the chain guide.
